A method developed by American psychologists A. Wessman and D Ricks (we present you a condensed version) is a simple questionnaire to evaluate emotional state. All measurements are done by a 10-point scale. Instructions: Chose one of the statements that describe your state nowadays best of all.

1. Absolutely calm. Firmly self-confident.
2. Exclusively cool-headed, extremely sure and do not worry.
3. A feeling of complete well-being. Self-confident and geel at ease.
4. Generally confident and free of anxiety..
5. Nothing worries me. Feel more or less at ease.
6. A bit worried, feel constrained and a little anxious.
7. Feel some anxiety, fear, worry or uncertainty. Nervous, worry, irritated.
8. Significant diffidence. Quite hurt by uncertainty. Feel scared.
9. Great anxiety, worry. Exhausted by fear.
10. Completely maddened by fear. Lost my mind. Scared by unsolvable difficulties.
