Generalizing our knowledge about stereotypes of emotional behavior we should keep in mind that it can be expressed openly and without any restrictions if it doesn’t disturb neither the personality nor the environment. However, one’s behavior is not always acceptable for partners and doesn’t contribute to person’s success. In the majority of cases the naturally acquired stereotype of emotional behavior is influenced by the environment and circumstances . This leads to disharmony in person’s nature. An emotional and sensitive person will suffer and feel very uncomfortable if his job requires to show restraint. And vice versa: those who expect emotional reaction and empathy suffer if the person (for example, teacher or doctor ) stays cold and reserved.
